05 Sep Plaid Fall Tablescape
Hi loves! To say I’m in love with plaid is an understatement… it’s been my favorite since last fall. And if you’ve seen my stories, you can tell I have been counting the days for September to start decorating for Fall.
I tend to change things up in my home each season and on today’s post, I’m sharing a modern plaid fall tablescape. I am OBSESSED with this look. Oh, and best of all, these items are great DEALS!
This simple touch of black and white plaid gives an autumn table just the right amount of personality. The plaid table runner and napkins are my favorite items and foundation of the table decor. And to add texture and color I placed a green eucalyptus garland by Ashland on top of the runner with candle holders. (I purchased the candle holders last fall, so I’ve linked a similar item below.)
To avoid clash from the table runner, charger plates, and napkins, I incorporated leaf placemats in natural and woven napkin rings to bring everything together in a subtle way. (You can also use the placemats and napkin rings in Spring/Summer, perfect versatile items).
The last item I purchased was the round chalkboard chargers. They are smaller than the usual charger plate, so I used them as plates. They would also be great for kids to make fun doodles or write their name with chalk. Or you can write guest names for a dinner party!
If you guys enjoyed this plaid decor as much as me, stay tuned! Next week on the blog is everything plaid for the living room and kitchen!
Shop this tablescape below and if you get inspired don’t forget to share it with me.
